All orders will ship after 2 Business days** All orders ship to the address on file, you have 2-5 hours depending on warehouse fulfillment to make the correction to your shipping address. Under the circumstances that you provided the wrong address, we can try our best to get the item rerouted, however any fees that occur will be invoiced to the customer. Under the cisrumstances that an order is refunded to the customer, you will be refunded the cost of the order MINUS the pick fees (cost to pack each item) and shipping fees. These fees will most likely cost more than the initial shipping costs. Emails are sent automatically and can end up in your spam folder, so please check spam and junk folders in the email used at time of purchase. We are currently unable to combine orders due to our fulfillment process.

Emails are sent at the time of purchase and at the time of shipment (providing a tracking number). Some orders placed via PayPal do not receive automated emails, if you do not receive a confirmation email, and a shipment email, please contact customer service via email so we can service you.
Orchid Atelier ships through the cheapest and most efficient service available, specific carriers can be made available by request.
Orders requiring signatures should email help@orchidatelier.com

All sales are final unless an error occurred on the half of Orchid Atelier
No Returns will be provided or Discounts will be provided for missed sales.
If an item is returned to our location due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will charge a reshipment fee.

All packages are shipped Priority Mail and insured through USPS. This includes broken, damaged, or missing items.

Stolen items are not insured through USPS or Orchid Atelier.
